The roster is fixed by an explicit replacement rule: a discovered challenger replaces an incumbent only when it both earns a complete higher rubric score and passes a working free-tier live benchmark. No challenger met both conditions on 2026-08-03, so the ten-plugin live roster was not amended.
Directory popularity or recency can nominate a candidate; neither proves quiz depth, learner UX, logic, reporting, data ownership, or a usable free boundary. The raw search and scoring artifacts are linked from Evidence.
